Mariana Tapia
I’m Mariana, I grew up in Mexico City where I learned to embrace chaos, and to love delicious food, walks in the park, museums, and parties.
I’m a self-taught illustrator and have always appreciated the power of storytelling in every field of life, so I try to put that in my work.
My favorite things to draw are women and their stories, dogs, cats, books, and food...and I’m lucky to put a little bit of them in every illustration (I will always try to sneak a pet in any work)!
I currently live in Louisiana, USA but I am excited for every opportunity that I have to pack a sketchbook and a few tools to take them elsewhere.
